Note: Decals may not adhere to porous or textured surfaces. We recommend testing adhesion before application.

Q: What is your turnaround time for sticker orders?

A: Orders typically ship within 1 business day after artwork approval. For expedited processing, we offer rush options, including overnight shipping, available at checkout.

Q: How does your $5 flat-rate shipping work?

A: We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders. This standard ground shipping method ensures cost-effective delivery. Shipping upgrades, such as Priority Mail or Overnight, are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

A: Yes, all orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking details.

Q: How are your decals produced? Are they just square stickers?

A: Our decals are typically die-cut within 1/8 inch of the artwork's edge, providing a custom shape that contours to your design. For example, if your logo features an eagle's head, we'll create a cut line that follows the eagle's shape. We provide a proof showing the artwork and the cut line (indicated by a magenta line) for your approval before production.

Q: What makes your decals superior to typical bumper stickers?

A: Our decals are printed on outdoor-grade vinyl using UV-resistant inks to prevent fading. We also apply an EnduraLam Shell overlaminate, enhancing durability and longevity, ensuring they withstand harsh environments better than standard bumper stickers.

Q: How long do your hard hat decals last?

A: Our decals are designed to last 3–5 years under continuous outdoor exposure, thanks to high-quality materials and protective overlamination.

Q: What file types do you accept for custom designs?

A: We prefer vector files such as .AI or .PDF for optimal print quality. However, we can work with most graphic file types. If you're unsure about your file's suitability, feel free to send it to us for evaluation.
