Q. What do your hard hat decals stick to?
A. Our decals are designed to be adhered to a variety of glossy and semi gloss surfaces. The general rule of thumb here is that if you can see an image reflected in the surface, even if extremely blurry, then our decals should stick to that surface. Another way to to test your material if you are unsure is to try to adhere some transparent tape to the surface.

**There are many porous surfaces that decals will not stick to and as such, we do not guarantee they will stick to any surface. Please test using the methods outlined above to determine adhesion potential. 

Q. What is your turnaround time for a sticker order? 
A. Our normal turn around time is 1 business day after the artwork is approved. We have rush options that include overnight shipping available at checkout.

Q. I selected free shipping. How will this be shipped and will I receive a tracking number?
A. When the free shipping option is selected, we send your order the best way which may or may not come with a tracking number. Shipping upgrades that allow you to add options are available at check out.

Q. How are these decals produced? Are they just square stickers? 
A. The short answer to that is, "they are if you want them to be." Haha. All joking aside, they are all typically die cut within 1/8th of an inch of the edge of the artwork. For example, a customer supplies us with a logo where the top is an image of an eagle's head. For final output, we create a cut line that woudl contour to the shape of the eagle head. Ini order to avoid further confusion, unless otherwise indicated on the ordering page, we supply a proof of how the artwork will look printed as well as a magenta line that serves as a preview of the cut line around the graphic. This magenta line will represent the final edge of the decal.

Q. What makes your decals better than a typical bumper sticker type decal? 
A. Our decals are produced on outdoor vinyl with UV inks to keep those colors from fading. We then go the extra step and add our layer of EnduraLam Shell to give our customers the highest quality, most long lasting decals available in the industry.

Q. How long to your hard hat decals last?
Our decals usually last 3-5 years of continued outdoor use in the elements.

Q. What type of files do you accept and what are the specifications?
A. We would prefer to have vector art so PDF or .AI would be best. Raster images should be supplied We can work with nearly every graphic file type available. If you are unsure if what you have is acceptable, feel free to send it to us of evaluation and we can work it out together.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in McCordsville Indiana which is a town outside of Indianapolis. This allows us to position our fulfillment center in a geographically advantageous spot when it comes to shipping our orders across the USA.

Q. Are hard had decals OSHA approved? 
A. According to OSHA, you can install stickers as long as they do not interfere with the functions of the PPE. In other words, do not use stickers to cover up damage on a hard hat and check with the hard hat manufacturer to make sure installing a sticker or decal will not cause the hard hat to fail.
