Hard Hat Sticker Installation Instructions:
When installing your hard hat sticker, follow these simple steps:
1. Clean the area that you want to install the sticker on with a soapy cloth, dry it, and allow it to air dry completely.
2. If your sticker is already die cut to the shape that you want it, you can trim it with scissors to shape (Most of the stickers we sell are machine cut to shape). Once you have it cut to the exact shape you want, peel back a small corner of the backing to expose a little bit of the adhesive.
3. Line up the decal where you want it displayed on the hard hat, and press the exposed adhesive to the clean area on your hard hat. Go over it quickly with your thumb to make sure you have a good bond.
4. Peel the rest of the backing paper off to expose the rest of the adhesive while slowly pressing the decal out on to the hard hat. If you have a few bubbles, don't worry, our material will outgas any air trapped underneath over time.
*Do not install over any cracks, dents, or other damaged areas on a hard hat. Make sure your employer will allow hard hat personalization priory to installing any stickers.
